We want you to love your Cap Check. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
We are happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at capcheck@gmail.com before sending anything back. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are non-returnable.
